Billie tombera tête première amoureuse d'un cycliste prodige aux cheveux trop blonds. C'est un premier grand été pour son cœur d'adolescente: celui-ci va se briser, mais ça ne fera pas si mal. Il y aura des baisers dans une glissade d'eau, beaucoup de crème solaire, du baume à lèvres à saveur de Coke et des frites pleines de ketchup.
