It really works!

I was so unorganized! However, after my first night listening to the Clutter Free Affirmations I woke up the next morning straightening up and cleaning I couldn’t believe the rapid results! The more you listen the better the results will be.

easy

easy to liste, simple, and attainable., my son thought it was a hoax. but now that I see him simply cleaning without a fight, made me realize how much it really works, and even I feel more at ease working on jobs that were once daunting.

Just what I was looking for

I wanted to listen to affirmations specifically for helping me let go of items and help with the indecisiveness when trying to get rid of some of the unnecessary stuff that was keeping my house messy. It is surprising that there are subliminal and affirmation audios out there for almost every topic you can think of, except for decluttering. I found this - it’s really helpful - and very reasonable price. I listen to it when I’m de-junking and it helps make it easier to part with the stuff around my house that’s holding me down. And I also listen when I’m working on my computer or doing other things to help it sink in. Thank you

Not what I expected, affirmations were good though

The affirmations are very good but there is a lot of talking that are not affirmations. Over half the audiobook is something other than affirmations. Not what I expected! If you are thinking of “sleep learning” as the book mentions, this will surely not help, because of how it’s structured: Only chapter 2 is about 15 minutes of decluttering affirmations. All the rest is either presentations, instructions, closing of the book and much worse, a whole half of the audio explaining what affirmations are and convincing you they are beneficial. Not what I expected and a disappointment. If the whole audio had been affirmations, with SHORT instructions before and after that’d would’ve been much better and I would’ve loved it.

Very Shaming

This book makes it seem as$ though it's a deliberate choice not to clean, or that you could do it if you weren't so lazy. It makes no attempt to address the underlying reasons that are behind this behavior.
