Enjoyed it

Fry food was always my favorite and when I got this new air fryer device they are now my all time favorite, this device makes my life easier and fun I was just looking for new recipes for my air fryer but I got a surprise with lots of delicious recipes I discovered I can bake too in my air-fryer. The recipes are delicious the only low part of this book is a lack of images.

This book was well-written and has great exclamation . So far this has been the easiest explanation on how to eat clean the bathroom from all the books that I purchased . Shrimp dinner is great and I can't wait to try on the recipes!

Just what i needed!

Clean eating is a beneficial dietary plan, and I guess avoiding processed food is the proper next step for me. Also, there are so many healthy and delicious recipes here. For instance, salmon Tandoori is my favorite for now.

Valuable resources

Lots of recipes and it indicates if the recipe is Gluten Free, Vegan, Paleo, Nut free, dairy free, or vegetarian. The only bad thing I can say about this book is it doesn't have nutritional information about the servings or serving sizes.

Narration good..

Really happy to get this in time for summer quick meals. I eat most of my meals in a bowl. Easy to do when you are alone. Planning on cooking up a week's worth of rice or quinoa and making a bowl a day as fresh, local produce comes on.

I love that these recipes are easy. It allows you to pick a grain, veggie, etc. This let's you eat a healthy fast customization meal without slaving over a hot stove. Easy to throw together several at once to save on time throughout the week. I never want to cook again!

Complete guide

Book was shipped in great condition. Unfortunately, I was under the impression this was a vegan recipe book; it is not. But omitting the animal protein should not detract from the otherwise yummy looking recipes!
