Complete Explanation

The book explains that this is not a diet, but a lifestyle to get rid of processed foods and eat food in its’ natural state. The book goes further to explain the health benefits of clean eating along. The best part is that the book provides a two-week meal plan with a shopping list to get started. It also contains 105 clean eating recipes. This book is THE book to buy to begin a cleaner, healthier lifestyle for any family.

Best so far

This book isn't like every other book that tells you to measure out calories and completely cut out the foods you love but instead it gives you options and explanations as to why you should eat certain things. They give you a list of foods that are good for you and what health benefits you can receive in the process. It explains that you can enjoy food but in a healthier way. I like the lemon frozen yogurt recipe not only did it tell you what it tastes like but everything you use is fresh.

Awesome, delicious recipes!

They all contain several recipes with lean meats, whole grains, etc. They all contain great helpful hints to assist you through understanding how to work with healthy foods, how to make them interesting, etc. They all contain some nice photographs to make the food seem appealing. It challenges your creativity, suggests ways to work with unusual ingredients, and provides all the flavor that those other books are missing!

Best diet cookbook ever!

The recipes were also very easy to follow, and I like how they contained only good nutritional foods. It contained a lot of information such as healthy fats, healthy eating suggestions, and even which foods we should eat as opposed to others. I like how the book was not a diet book or a gardening book, but just a good book. This was a great find, and it will be recommended.

I loved the shopping lists and meal plans, as well as all the information included in each recipe such as what season the recipe is best for if it contains superfoods if it is low fat or budget-friendly. Overall a great book promoting a way of eating that I could get used to. Great book for a clean and healthy life.

They also teach you about how to use other healthy foods in ways to make you look and feel better. It isn’t just about losing weight it is about creating a long term healthy diet that you will take with you for the rest of your life. I say it is defiantly worth the read if you’re looking for a change in your everyday meals. They have over a hundred great recipes to choose from give it a try.

Great buy

The book even gave practice advice such as planning out our grocery shopping in advance replacing bad foods with healthier, more lean and clean options to bring home to our family members. I would recommend this book to anyone with a family, anyone who wants to cook healthier meals or anyone who just wants to develop a better understanding of what clean eating looks like in application. It was a great read and a great buy!

Good easy to make recipes

I believe that this diet would work if you’re serious and stick to the plan. It doesn’t eliminate or prohibit definitive food groups, you will not need to starve yourself, and it doesn’t involve unusual food or food that is problematic to find. I must add that The Clean Eating Cookbook is well worth its price, especially if it changes your life.

I'm going to follow this diet.

I'm going to substitute the quinoa for something like brown rice or wheat berries. I had to get the book. I have it in audio and I was so impressed!
