More than amazing
This book is able to concisely talk about personal and society'll things and concepts that should have been talked about at a younger age. And is like having a wise person talking about there life knowledge having experienced and learned it all. And while this book is only 40 mintues about it is a power punch of things you need to hear. 100000% recommend. thank you.

This book is more of a reflective on that you’ll get the most out of it if you review it daily repetitively. In order to practice some of the principals you may want to break them down and do a little further “research” to get the full scope.

Timeless lessons
I have been reading and studying Epictetus using different sources. It is good to have different versions of his teachings as each time you read them, it’s a new experience. The audible version of The Manual is clear, simple, and of good quality. The book is a great quick reference that I will reach for again and again.
