It is written from the perspective of a surveyor, who, while surveying a rural area that is to be flooded near the town of Arkham, comes across a mysterious, abandoned farmstead, which is completely devoid of all life. Overly dramatic narration on a fantastic story
The story is quite dramatic on its own, and doesn’t need the breathy, stuffed-nose narrators assistance in creating atmosphere. The narrator also has problems with pronunciation throughout. I wish I had picked a different production, as the story is fantastic.

Only One complaint
The narrator was great but he dosent pronounce the title charter “right”. I realize that many different people pronounce it different ways but that’s the only problem I have with it. Other than that I found that the narrator was so captivating and compelling.
