great performance of a great text

one slight issue is that the enunciation wasn't always on the exactly correct words or syllables. So, sometimes, that made the very intricate and complicated sentences Dickens used difficult to interpret from the audio

awesome narrator

I really enjoyed the narrator. He did a good job with the different voices, and I found some of his voices for the women to be very funny. but overall he was very soothing to listen to, and fit the part as Pip very well.

Worth checking out

I have been let down with some “classic” authors or “classic” stories, but Dickens writing in the first person is great. There are a lot of twists and turns, some obvious and other not so much. But I do feel it is an entertaining experience and a great story.

The actor was amazing

Much more comprehensible with the narrator switching voices so well, made it feel like you were in the story

what not to do

the story moves too slowly for me...
found myself drifting off in my own world instead of what was created...
