Publisher's Summary

OBNOXIOUS background music ruins the stories

Would you try another book from Horacio Quiroga and/or Óscar Martín?

Yes.

Any additional comments?

First of all, there are only four stories in this title: La gallina degollada, El almohadon de pluma, La muerte de Isolda, & A la deriva.

Secondly, I could not finish even the first one because the background music is so loud, stressful, monotonous, and just annoying.

The narrator is great, and the price was right, but I just could not handle the terrible music. If only there were a way to turn it off!!

Worst audio ever

What disappointed you about Cuentos de Horacio Quiroga [Stories of Horacio Quiroga]?

Couldn't listen to them due to the poor audio recording

Would you ever listen to anything by Horacio Quiroga again?

Don't know

Would you be willing to try another one of Óscar Martín’s performances?

Never, The music is distracting, get rid of it. Also there is an eco to the voice which is interfering with the sound. Both together make it impossible to listen to the story

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Cuentos de Horacio Quiroga [Stories of Horacio Quiroga]?

Would get rid of the eco and the music

Any additional comments?

No. although if I could I would return the item and get a refund
