narration completely detracts. couldn't finish it.

narration is awful and completely detracts from some good stories. very disappointed. I should have returned this book straight away.

Some good, others not so interesting.

I enjoyed some of the stories in this collection, but found myself being lulled to sleep by the narrator's unvaried and rather sing-song voice. I feel that another narrator could have done more justice to these classic short stories. Cathy Dobson does, however, succeed in voicing the various characters
