OMG this was HOT!

I didn't think this book could get any hotter when I first read it, however hearing it just made all the heat even more intense! I think this has become one of my favorite audio books to-date! I mean Hadleigh and Knox have so much chemistry that the narrators just bring to life!

Another great addition to the series!!

Claiming the Cowboy, an Audiobook by Kennedy Fox is the story of Hadleigh and the decision she needs to make between twin brothers, Knox and Kane. Knox is the reckless womanizer and Kane has been her best friend for years. Who will she choose??? Some of the scenes seemed a bit gratuitous and unnecessary for the story. But, it was a super story!!! Very steamy and lots of tension!!! Great read!!

This Audiobook was narrated by Lia Langola and Tor Thom who, as always, do a wonderful interpretation of the characters!! Love her performance…his are great, though he seems to change the voices of the characters sometimes. But, didn’t detract from the story.

This book series did not disappoint but this book is by far the best and super suspenseful!

I love the relationship the three had together and for more than half the book I was so unsure of who Hadley was going to pick. I was hoping Kane at first but then Knox came in and swooned me to loving him and his roughness! Definitely a great read.

Holy steam!

Holy wow! I was not prepared for the steaminess in this story. Yes, I should have been based on all of the teasing on social media but still, I was not. It is by far the spiciest book by this author duo!

I've been a sucker for love triangles since my “Twilight” days and I don't think I will ever tire of them. I know this trope is not everyone's cup of tea but I eat it up! I loved watching Hadleigh navigate her relationships with the twins, Knox and Kane, that she's known her whole life. But watching the twins try to navigate their feelings towards her was even better. These three have an up and down journey that is a crazy, steamy ride!

If you've been around me a while, you know I will never tire of the Bishop family and the Circle B Ranch. The way the next book, Tempting the Cowboy, is set up at the end of this has me dying to get my hands on it!

A Love Triangle entailing twins? Yes!

Twins?!?! Love triangle?!?! Tons of angst & competition to get the girl?!?! I am soooo all for it! Knox Bishop wins a bachelor auction that entails a date night with Hadleigh Callaway who happens to be his twin brother, Kane's crush!

Holy smokiness hotness! Never would I have expected (but then again they like to keeps us on our toes with the steamy scenes) the infamous scene and moments between the three of them that became the game changer. Fans self.

Narrators Lia Langola and Tor Thom told their story that was lit and intense. I love me a good forbidden story and this one did not fall short. Things needed to be said, revealed, and realized. The ultimate answer to the question is who will get the girl? The arrogant playboy or its complete opposite. Get ready for a ride that will have you swooning and being hot and bothered throughout the listen.

It’s not my favorite in the series . . .

Okay, so this was my least favorite in the series . . . & it wasn’t because of the love triangle aspect to it. I knew it was gonna be a love triangle between 2 brothers. I actually love a good love triangle when it’s done RIGHT. Emphasis on GOOD. Okay, first of all, you KNEW Knox was gonna end up with Hadleigh from the beginning, given that her NAME was IN the description & the fact than Kane gets his OWN story later. What makes a love triangle good (in my opinion) is the fact that you DON’T KNOW who’s gonna end up with who till the very end!! (Think The Vampire Diaries & the Salvatore brothers.) But, no, the authors totally ruin that by giving Hadleigh & Knox’s name in the DESCRIPTION of the BOOK, thus, already giving the whole love triangle thing away!! * Spoilers Alert Now * Another thing is the Threesome? Why? Why did that need to happen?? Okay, so I’m generally not a fan of threesome to begin with; nothing against people who are (not judging here), they’re just not my thing. But especially in this book, it didn’t need to happen, especially between 2 brothers and the girl they both liked!! Not only that, the whole just felt forced, like there was no REAL emotion in it, just all purely physical. I would much rather have had Hadleigh date both of them (separately) & then decide (again, think TVD). Also, through the 1st half (before the threesome) Knox was a REAL jerk to BOTH Hadleigh & his brother, & not in the fun, friendly you-know-they’re-gonna-end-up-together kinda way, either. Hadleigh, too, actually; she got on my nerves & was kinda annoying through the 1st half. It DID get better the 2nd half (after the threesome); that’s why I’m being generous & giving it 3 stars instead of only 2, but still not my favorite in the series . . . My favs are still Riley & Ethan’s stories! That being said, I’m still gonna continue the series & I’m actually excited for Kane’s story; he’s the nicer twin, in my opinion! ;)

Wonderful characters and perfect narration

Tor Thom and Lia Langola did a wonderful job with the narration for this captivating journey. They hit the nail on the head with every emotion and it was a pleasure to listen to the story. They also did a wonderful job bringing the story and the characters to life.
i love my visits to the Circle B Ranch because catching up with the Bishop family and their friends feel like I’m coming home. This visit is all about the twins, Kane and Knox Bishop and once you add in Kane’s best friend Hadleigh you know you are in for a steamy, entertaining ride.
What happens when friendship turns into more, what happens when lines are crossed and that’s exactly what’s about to happen when Hadleigh wins a date with Knox at a charity auction. These three have been friends since childhood, the three musketeers did everything together so what happens two of them fall in love, will friendships be ruined and more importantly what about a brothers, especially a twins love….. will they survive. This book ticked all my boxes, it’s was emotional yet entertaining, it had wonderful characters who shared some sizzling chemistry and it left me wanting more from the Circle B Ranch.

Really enjoyed this story

Knox, Kane and Hadleigh have been friends since childhood. Kane has always liked her and just never had the courage to ask her out. Hadleigh has wanted to be with Knox. When she wins him in an auction things start to change. Now the three have a new dynamic and watching then navigate the changes was great. I loved Knox and his attitude and dirty talking the two were great together. And now I am so looking forward to Kane’s HEA. Great read. Loved the narrators they did a great job. Tor Thom is one of my favorites.

Knox and Hadleigh are hot together!

Knox and Hadleigh have known each other a long time, especially through Knox's twin brother Kane. However, when there was a charity auction and Hadleigh only had enough money to bid on Knox, their feelings for each other erupted. Hadleigh might be a good girl, but there was a bad side to her that was just dying to get out, and Knox totally brought out the naughty side of her. I felt a little bad for Kane, but there's something good for him on the horizon!

I listened to the audio of this, which was narrated by Lia Langola and Tor Thom. As always, they did a fantastic job. Honestly, this duo has been narrating these stories in the Circle B Ranch for the entirety of the series, but they always bring a fresh perspective to each story. I love this duo together and totally recommend this story!

Holy hang that spicy. This one is definitely better in audio form 🥵 I honestly didn’t know which way this was going to go until closer til the end 🤭 Hadleigh and the twins are super hot 🔥I have been waiting for their story for a while now and it definitely didn’t disappoint 😏 Hadleigh is all kinds of cool, confident and sass. Knox and Kane don’t know what they’re getting themselves into…

Kane or Knox?

When the twin brothers, Kane and Knox, find themselves up with auction Hadleigh plans to win a date with both of them to protect them from the other woman in town however the only problem was that Knox was up first which meant she didn’t have enough for Kane as well. She is well aware of Knox’s reputation when it comes to women so she thinks it will be a fun night and they will go their separate ways however a moment of intimacy throws all three lives into turmoil.

Knox knows that his brother’s feelings for Hadleigh run deep, and it is for that reason that he keeps his distance. Their date was an experience he would like to repeat however when Kane discloses to Hadleigh that he wants to be more than friends the sparks are going to fly as the brothers find themselves at odd and Hadleigh finds herself in the middle uncertain who to choose.

The personalities of Kane and Knox couldn’t be more different which only makes the choice that much more difficult, and the chemistry radiates off the pages. It was great to catch up with all the Bishops and I am looking for the other twin’s story which is coming up next. The narrators did a great job of bringing out the angst and heat between the characters.

My Thoughts on Claiming the Cowboy

So I want to start off by saying that I did like this story by the end. The flow of the story was good, and I loved getting to revisit with other characters from previous books. It just didn’t gel with me as much as I enjoyed previous books in the series. The main thing I didn’t love unfortunately was the leading lady Hadley. Now don’t get me wrong, she wasn’t a bad person, I just wished she’d made different choices at times. I often felt bad for one or both twins throughout the story as Hadley waffled between them. She was attracted to both of them, and that’s fine. I’m actually a fan of RH or menage so that thought, or concept didn’t bother me at all. But it was the constantly messing around with one while she was out with another. Or engaging physically with one, then immediately doing something with the other after. Because they weren’t all on the same page and someone was always getting hurt by her back-and-forth behavior. It kind of felt like they were getting played for a while. But then as things get discussed and settled it all worked out well. I’m honestly just glad that the twin she finally did end up choosing is happy, and now I can’t wait for the other twins book so I can see them both happy.

The narration was great, once again though. I was really happy with both performances and love this narration pair.

Kane, Knox and Hadleigh took me on a journey that I never knew I needed.
It was filled with angst, emotion and indecision.
And sweet baby Jesus... the steam.
Gah! I'm still fanning myself from one particular scene.

All I can say is: you will be surprised, delighted, swooning and laughing your way through the goodness that is the Bishop family's insanity.
This is possibly my favourite book of the series.

Once again, I've been left super pumped for the next book.

Amazing & Smoking🔥Hot! Fantastic Story & Listen🎧

Kennedy Fox continues to wow me with another amazing addition to their “Circle B Ranch” series. It is always great to visit Circle B Ranch and spend time with the Bishops, some of my favorite cowboys and girls. This seventh book brings the Bishop twins, Knox and Kane, front and center and their relationship with Hadleigh, the three have been friends most of their lives. Kane, the softer and sweet-hearted twin, has developed a crush on Hadleigh but never made his move. Knox, the player, does not chase or crush on women, he is more of a love them and leave them type. Hadleigh had intended on bidding on both for the charity auction just to save them from having to go on a date with anyone else. Knox was up first and she won him, but when it was Kane's turn to be auctioned off, she got outbid. Her date with Knox turned a direction she was not expecting, and it stirred something in her, and she found herself attracted to him. Kane is mad not only at his brother but himself for not stepping up sooner to tell her how he felt and now that he finally does she is not sure what to make of that. I adored these three and was rooting for them because together they made one hot trifecta! Hot twin cowboys! How could you possibly choose one and not the other? We all know the heart wants what the heart wants. This is a wonderfully written and plotted romance novel, there is plenty of drama, a touch of humor, heartfelt emotions and some smoking hot scenes and loving. Kennedy Fox, thank you for another fabulous visit to Circle B Ranch, one of my favorite places to visit because I know it will be an amazing time.

🎧📚🎧 And for the amazing narration, Lia Langola and Tor Thom deliver another outstanding performance, bringing the characters and their story to life. They have a complete understanding of the characters they portray, give each a voice that is the perfect fit for that character’s persona, sound believable in every role they play and just as I picture the character to sound. Lia Langola played Hadleigh’s role with perfection, her Kane was pretty amazing too and Tor Thom nailed it as Knox. Both were great performing the roles of the secondary characters and capturing all the character’s emotions and projecting them into their performance, making you feel every single one. These versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fabulous listen.

Compulsively readable

4.5 stars Not many people can make a love triangle between twin brothers so compulsively readable that I could barely put it down, but the dynamic duo of Kennedy Fox have done exactly that. I've been waiting for the twins story for a while and I was blown away by how much connection there was between the couple. For sure this book will suck you and won't let you go until it's shaken all the emotions out of you. I never want to leave this world, honestly. I volunteered to listen and review a complimentary copy of this. All opinions are my own.
