Publisher's summary

I made a deal with a demon so I could be free. Boy, did that blow up in my face.

Everything is falling apart just as I thought it was coming together. The Mercer twins say I’m their mate. I believe them, even if I can’t let them claim me. No matter how badly my soul yearns to be theirs.

Pan laid out his terms and I ignored them once already. Now, Ben is in jail for a murder he didn’t commit, Asher’s curse is spreading, and Remi and I are no closer to finding a way to free either of them. If that wasn’t tricky enough, the Duke of Tears has found me. And Gavin has made it clear he has no intention of leaving without his wife. But I refuse to leave them.

My flirtatious wolf. My haunted hacker. My broken alpha.

And I already know my mischievous demon will never let me go. The mark he seared into my flesh is proof of that. If I’ve learned anything from my Blackthorne ancestors, it's how to protect my mate. So while Pan thinks he’s got me over a barrel, I’m the one using him to my advantage.

After all, there’s more than one way to deal with a demon.

WARNING: The Mate Games: Pestilence is a spicy why choose series that is sure to set your…heart…on fire. If you’re not a fan of grumpy dukes with a penchant for pain, purple demons with fancy body parts, nosy hackers with boundary issues, angsty wolf shifters who like to share, sword crossing, and plenty of group activities, this one’s not for you. But if it is…welcome back to The Mate Games, we’ve been waiting for you.

Twisty, turny, spicy and wild

This book is NOT for the faint of heart! It's a pulse-pounding, wild ride full of spice, twists and turns that will leave you captivated and keep you coming back for more.

Claimed by the Shifters is book two in The Mate Games: Pestilence series, which follows Rosie and her menagerie of mates, from twin wolf shifters, a vampire, a human hacker, and a demon that you'll love to hate. Kim and Meg have made this series even hotter, even bigger, even wilder, than The Mate Games: War series. I'm obsessed with Gavin, Asher, Ben and Remy. OBSESSED! Each leading man is so different, but so intriguing, and each brings out a different side of Rosie. Plus their interactions with each other are amazing. Kim and Meg have found the perfect balance of action, intrigue, evil and humor to keep you wildly entertained for hours.

We're left with another wild cliffhanger here, and I can't wait for book 3! Bring on Captive of the Night.

The audio version is simply stellar. This is an amazing full-cast audio production, with some of the most amazing narrators the industry has to offer. Stella Hunter, Teddy Hamilton, J.F. Harding, John Hartley, James Joseph and Jacob Morgan each bring so much personality and emotion to their characters. James Joseph even has me absolutely loving the bad boy demon, Pan!

There are definitely trigger warnings for this series, so please make sure to check the series website for details.

what a fun ride

The mate games "season two" . Still sexy, but especially James Joseph as Pan and John Hartley as Gavin made it a fun ride with their very ironic take on things and popular culture...watch out "Harry Stylo"😆. Needless to say, Jacob Morgan, Hamilton and J.f. Harding did a stellar job..just missing Jason clarke, but I see he will be back❤. though I love erotic books, I'm happy this has more emphasis on story and characters.

Absolutely phenomenal

I did the audio in this, and quite frankly, it's the best way to read these books, This is the 2nd book in the mate games Pestilence. This story has it all. And what I mean by that is you will laugh at parts. Your anxiety from the antsy will be overwhelming at parts, and the sexy scenes on my my my my my, Get ready because they are absolutely top. I really thought sex scenes couldn't be more than what I've already read, but these wow. We got dominance, and we got multiple partners wow baby you got it all when it comes to the sex scenes. And it's not just the sex scenes because it's got one h*** of a story going through it that I can't freaking wait to find out how this goes and the ending is going to leave you like what the heck. All I can say is get ready to get hooked. Cause you will want to read every single one of these books And you will be sitting here like when's the next one come out because I'm in a hurry now. You do need to listen to the 1st one before you listen to this 2nd 1. And that if you do it by listening, it'll have that little pre book in that 1st audio. But if you're reading it, then you have to read the little Novella and end the 1st book and then this one, and like I said, he'll be sitting here going hurry up for the 3rd. I want to say a little bit about the narration because like I said I did the audio and these narrators are just absolutely top notch they do such an outstanding job and bringing this story to life.

Why Choose Paranormal Romance

Claimed by the Shifters by Meg Anne and K. Loraine is a why choose paranormal romance that I listened to on audio narrated by J.F. Harding, Jacob Morgan, James Joseph, John Hartley, Stella Hunter, and Teddy Hamilton. This is the second book in The Mate Games: Pestilence series.

I absolutely love the Mate Games World! Meg and Kim do an amazing job pulling me into the story. I can't help but binge in each book in one sitting. I am loving the chemistry between Rosalyn, Asher, Pan, Bently, Remington, and Gavin. I loved that we got all of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

The book ended on a great cliffhanger that left me begging for more. I can't wait for the next book in the series Captive of the Night to be released on April 10, 2023.

I absolutely love that they do a full cast of narrators for this series. It really brings the story to life. You can't help but binge the audiobook in one sitting.

I would recommend this series if you like paranormal romances, why choose romances, or fated mate's romances.

I can’t get enough of this series!

Claimed by the Shifters picks up right where Deal With the Demon left off. Gavin has decided that he needs his wife back, and sets out to find her. So many surprises and twists make this such a wonderful story. Also, all the chemistry between Rosie and the guys is very hot and naughty. Gavin and Pan are so depraved, and I’m madly in lust with both of them…and Lilith, too. I’m in love with Asher and those gorgeous twins Remi and Ben. Remi is so witty and I love his sense of humor. He’s quick to diffuse—or escalate—a situation.

Lots of paranormal excitement, more end of the world chatter, and Rosie can’t seem to stay out of trouble. Good thing she’s not alone. The surprise cameos were a wonderful treat. And that ending! I’m still saying WTF whenever I think or talk about it with friends.

Like with the Mate Games War series, the narrators were what drew me to the Pestilence books. Stella Hunter, Teddy Hamilton, J.F. Harding, John Hartley, James Joseph, and Jacob Morgan are phenomenal. I’m so excited for the next book. Meg Anne and K. Loraine are such amazing storytellers, so I need them to write many, many more stories.

THAT ENDING!!!

Oh. My. Gods!!! That ending!! That glorious out of left field ending!!! I love this series so so much. Mate Games: War was great but this, this one is just mind blowing. I love the character development and the way their stories unfold so you connect and love them all for their individual attributes for Rosie. Oh, Rosie. I need to know what is going to happen next!!! The narration is seriously stellar. I love the cameos of characters from the first series and how James and JF just fall back into those characters while having conversations with their present characters. John Hartley I am super loving and he just delivers his characters so perfectly. Of course Stella, Teddy and Jacob are just as fabulous as always. On to book 3!!

A Broadway production for the ears

There is so much going on in story that my heart was racing the entire time! While Rosie’s relationships with her mates are developing, Pan and his Mother Pestilence are working to bring about the end of the world. There are swoony times and steamy times and there are bird attacks and dying flora and fauna all leading to the destruction of your heart at the epic cliffhanger. Be prepared to walk away counting down the days for Book 3.
