Well worth listening to over and over again!
This book is a blessing to every one considering being an elder or who is currently serving as an elder in their church. I would highly recommend this book to anyone. In fact I’m thinking about purchasing several copies of this book to give as gifts to my fellow elders and deacons in our church. Well worth listening to over and over again!

Excellent audio book

Amazing and succinct!
I’ve been an elder at our church for over a decade and read many accounts on being one. This is what I would call an unabridged rendition of the attributes of an elder. I believe it will help me fully become what God intended for us to be as overseers in the body of Christ!
