Hannah Orwell has returned to her hometown to take a new job as the host of a local morning show. Her childhood nemesis, Cameron Miller, has remained in Cool Springs all these years and is now the town’s head middle school football coach. Hannah and Cameron’s longtime pastor’s wife, Maureen (who is well known for her matchmaking), has asked Hannah and Cameron to both help her with this year’s children’s Christmas play. Can Hannah and Cameron forgive and forget the past, or are they doomed to repeat the patterns of their past? Christmas with Cameron Stinking Miller reminds listeners that we do not earn or deserve God’s forgiveness in our lives, but that it is a free gift for us to simply receive, and that forgiving others is often the key to being able to forgive ourselves.

I LOVE Christmas! I definitely could not pass up getting at least one Christmas in July book in before the month ended.

Christmas With Cameron Stinking Miller is a 3rd person, dual POV faith filled Christmas Christian fiction novella. I listened to the audiobook, which is narrated by Lisa Lynn Sandlin. The narration was done wonderfully and really helped to bring the story alive.

The story itself was fun and so adorable with a few more serious and contemplative prayerful moments. I loved the message about not only forgiving others, but also yourself. God gives us his forgiveness for free and we should do the same, even when it's not asked for. It's tiring to hold a grudge.

These characters had things in their past they both regretted. However, they grew in their faith and learned from their mistakes. We can't change the past, but we can learn from it and it's beautiful when we see characters doing just that.

The writing, characters, and narration made this book a joy to listen to. I especially loved Hannah and how she handled everything (even bullies) with kindness and grace, as well as Cameron and his big kind heart.

Now I'll leave you with this quote from the story because it's oh so true ....

"I'd much rather have a prince of a man than a prince charming. Charm doesn't last, but a man with a princely character can stand the test of time."

it was a fun and faith filled story

This was a fun story. I mostly enjoyed it. I enjoyed how Cameron chased Hannah. He was so sweet and considerate. I loved the redemption aspect to the book. I wish Hannah would have told someone a little earlier (no spoilers), but it was overall pretty good. I would recommend this. Oh especially since they are both ripped into helping with a children's play! It's so great! Especially how Cameron works with the kids!
The narrator over emphasized some things that I didn't love, but she did a pretty good job.
Thank you for the gift of this audiobook.

I loved everything about this sweet, clean, Christian romcom set during Christmas! Hannah Banana and Cameron Stinking Miller found each other thoroughly annoying when they were kids; now they’re reunited once again when Hannah returns home after a decade. And they’ve been roped into helping the pastor’s wife with the children’s Christmas pageant. What follows is funny, tense, angsty, and ultimately redemptive as they learn to forgive themselves… and each other. Lisa Lynn Sandlin’s narration sets the perfect tone. Don’t miss this one!

A spirited and spiritual Christmas romcom!

This is such a sweet story of Love and forgiveness! I have loved listening to the meeting of Cameron and Hannah all the way to the end of their story. This is my first Christmas read this season and it did not disappoint. The pastors wife is precious and such an amazing match maker! I really enjoyed the bible verses and how they relate to what the characters were going through. Both Cameron and Hanna had things they needed to forgive and be forgiven for, this book reminds me how important forgiveness is. God is in every part of this book and it is so refreshing. Cameron has grown so much since his childhood and he is such a great man, and I absolutely love his his character. Hannah has searched for what she wants to do for her career and has had a rough time figuring out, now she has the job of her dreams. The blackmail she faces is brutal and she faced it with kindness and grace. I can't wait to read another book by Martha!

I love listening to books my Lisa Lynn Sandlin. I have found many amazing authors by picking books she narrates. I suggest listing to other books she has narrated. She puts so much emotion into her words and brings the books to life.

oh my goodness!

**This book was so stinking cute!** It had Hallmark movie Christmas vibes, filled with warmth and charm. The story carries a wonderful message about God's forgiveness and the importance of forgiving yourself for past mistakes. This audiobook is perfect for a road trip, and with its dash of football, your husband might enjoy it too. The narrator was amazing and fit the story perfectly, bringing each character to life with their performance. Highly recommended!

This felt like a warm hug, just perfect for Christmas in July.
Hannah our MFC moves back to her hometown to take on a new job, hosting a local morning show. Cameron stinking Miller stayed in Cool Springs ever since High School, he now coaches middle school football. Hannah, if you can’t tell, doesn't like Cameron stinking Miller. They both get roped into helping with the Church's children’s Christmas Play. Will Hannah survive working alongside Cameron stinking Miller? Will Cameron make it through being so close to his mortal enemies?

This was a short but sweet rom-com Martha did a wonderful job writing a sweet Christmas time story with a feel of “second chance to fall in love?” I’ve been starting to open myself up a bit more to rom-coms and this story felt like a Hallmark Christmas Hug. Not everything is sunshine and rainbows in this story however, there is a small mystery going on through the story that was fun trying to figure out what twist or turn it would take.

This was Narrated by Lisa Lynn and honestly I didn’t recognize her voice at first, to me she does such a wonderful job giving each book she narrates their own voice. Her voice is also so captivating I feel like I could listen to her read anything.
I listened to this at 1.2x.

This book was so stinking cute!!! I loved absolutely everything about it! I especially appreciated the FMC’s love for football while not fully understanding it, totally relatable for me, haha. The thread of faith woven throughout the story was so special, and the themes of forgiveness and redemption were heartfelt and meaningful. Lisa Lynn Sandlin’s narration added such warmth and personality, making the characters and humor shine even brighter as usual!
