This is a story of an Oklahoma family of four visiting their relatives, also a family of four, in Manhattan, New York. A real family adventure, but it is really all about the kids, Ted and Emma, who live in Manhattan and Pete and Annie, twins who visit from Oklahoma.
The kids are having great fun. Ted and Emma visit Santa during their mom’s last-minute Christmas shopping, the four children make a wreath and decorating Christmas stockings, a little suspense around the Christmas tree - will there indeed be a Christmas tree, or will they have to forfeit one in favor of Ted’s and Emma’s dad’s duty at work?
Annie gets her Christmas wish under mysterious circumstances. Will the other three kids get their Christmas wishes, or will Santa send coal instead? And some more suspense is added when Annie’s Christmas wish go missing. Will she find it again?
A visit to the Central Park Zoo is at stake. Will they be able to visit the zoo after all?
