Great readin a great series
Christmas Cookies with a Side of Murder, My thirty-sixth read from author Meredith Potts and the seventh in the Daily Buzz Mystery Series, different than her other series in that there is an ongoing thread throughout the first four books. Well-written & enjoyable. another cute, clean cozy mystery. I was given an Audible copy of this book & am voluntarily reviewing it. I was impressed and enjoyed the vocal variety & inflections of narrator Lisa Beacom. I look forward to reading more in this series & from this author. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

Quick listen
I really enjoy a short cozy mystery, especially by this author. Book is entertaining but not too heavy. It was a great Wilson and I would recommend it

Mysterious

Great Family Cozy Mystery
This is a great pre Christmas story it is a series but a great stand alone book. Sabrina wants to enjoy the holiday but a friend is murdered. Now all the feelings of her sisters disappearance of ten years ago comes back. She works as an amateur sleuth with her detective boyfriend David. The narration carries you to the end of the book. The characters are believable and interesting. The book is clean and no foul language, sex, or gore. I recommend this book for families, teen and even slumber parties.

A Very Good Cozy Mystery
I really enjoyed this cozy mystery! The Christmas theme is not over the top. It is a backdrop to a complete murder mystery. The characters are interesting and seem real. Listeners do not have to listen to the other books in the series to understand and appreciate the plot in this audiobook. I would recommend this book to others.

The fun and suspense continues!
This series continues to be one of my favorite cozies, I can always count on Meredith Potts to give me a good story with some humor, a little romance and suspense. After Julie does not show up to the Christmas party, we find out she is missing....not only missing, but her body is found and the main suspect? Sabrina's ex-boyfriend. Knowing he is not capable of such a crime, Sabrina and David set out to find Julie's killer. With a cast of many, some we have met before and others that are new, we get to go experience Sabrina's hunches and clues on the quest to find the murderer, all before Christmas day! Will they solve this one quickly? Another winning story narrated by Lisa Beacom! Trials, dead ends, holiday tension and Snickerdoodle the dog, what more could we want in a cozy? Give this one a listen!

More proof Sabrina & David are the ultimate team
All I could think as I read this book in this great series is poor Sabrina. How many people is she going to lose to murder? This book is no different. A friend of hers goes missing. The disappearance and the lack of clues start to bring back memories of her sister's case. What also doesn't help is her ex Wally, who is doing great now, is a suspect. I really didn't believe he was guilty. Ever since he was introduced in the story I liked him. Even though he wasn't a good boyfriend to Sabrina. I love a good turn your life around story. And Sabrina has the amazing David anyways. By the way, is he ever going to propose?! Back to the story. it was a great murder mystery. Yes that's a little spoiler, sorry. Even though Treasure Cove has had a lot of murder lately, at least Sabrina and David are on it to make sure justice is served. But no one should have to lose a friend, especially near Christmas. Now don't go think it's just a sad case. It's awesome how Sabrina and David solve it. But I just wish they didn't have to keep losing friends due to people that can't handle their emotions.

Nice Story, Great Performance
It is a good murder mystery. The plot is not very complex and I thought it could use a little more development, but it was still a fun listen and good story. Narrator was very good. I like how this narrator distinguishes the different characters with various vocal inflections.
