When a Hollywood production sets its sights on Snowy Canyon Ranch for this year’s Christmas movies, it’s lights, camera…romance for the cowboys involved.

Rourke Dixon didn’t mean to fall in love with Snowy Canyon Ranch. But as the end of their shooting schedule nears, he’s feeling bittersweet about it. He even starts to dread returning to his busy life filled with unbearable traffic, endless text messages, and constant demands.

Maya Montgomery arrives in town to make a good impression on the director. Her dreams of working in the industry were squashed long ago, but running the state film commission keeps her close to the action. As much as she tells herself she’s visiting the set on official state business, though, part of her hopes she can somehow get the director to fall in love with her screenplay.

Having no idea of Maya's hidden agenda, Rourke finds himself battling an almost overwhelming attraction to her. Soon, Maya's forgotten about the screenplay she's carrying around in her tote bag. But when Rourke finds out the truth about her real aspirations, will he think she's been using him all along?

The Lights, Camera, Christmas series is a sweet, clean contemporary western romance series filled with swoon-worthy cowboys and a small-town setting.

I love the Snow brothers and their ranch. It is where the Christmas movies are being produced. This story is about the movie producer finding love. It also gives a glance of the family's lives 5 years later. It is a great listen and you will feel like you are their. Macie St James is one of my favorite writers.
