A six week workout plan.

This book has a reformist workout routines for at least 6 weeks. The routine can be done at home and would take less time which is great for busy people. The training will assuredly help you burn out the fats and at the same time improve your lifestyle into a healthier one. The circuit training will guide you to achieve the results that you want. It also has motivational quotes that will keep you going

A really good holistic approach.

I'm a big fan of Sherry S. Williams’s training books because she has the right empathy for anyone trying something new for the first time, but it's clear that he also has the experience and knowledge not to lead people into difficult or unachievable regimes. This time, I was looking for a routine that I can use when I'm traveling, when the gym isn't an option. This is perfect for that, because it's based on using bands, and weights that you can find lying around the house, so it'll work for people who already train but also for those who are starting out with fitness for the first time and might be a little self-conscious about going into a public environment straight away.

A great plan to be successful.

I heard about this book from my friend, name John M. Pasquale so I decided to give it a try. It's okay in terms of laying out exercises for you to do but for me I find that I do much better with exercises when I watch the person doing them; it's more motivating for me. Good info though for those who like to read and follow along.

Good honest training to be fit forever.

This book was exactly what I was looking for. The authors approach to fitness is extremely refreshing and as this book appears to part of a series I'm comfortable in the knowledge that I can mix it up should I hit a plateau.

A great collection of exercises and training procedures with great descriptions how to perform the exercises. There are also workout plans and solid tips for everyone embarking on the journey of home fitness. Sherry S. Williams has compiled a superb guide for the novice and advanced fitness enthusiast alike! Nice Job. I'm looking forward to upping my fitness levels with this system.

Health is Wealth, exactly well said.

I really enjoyed the motivational tips inside the book. That came as a wonder. Most exercise books are like a manual that gets boring. Well, Sherry S. Williams's books are different. He makes it interesting with a step by step program. You will feel as if you are talking to a real instructor. The resistance exercises are somewhat new to me as I mostly lift weight.

Home workout book...

This is a very useful book for those who don't have time and money for a gym. You can easily set up you own gym at your own home! This book is well written and pleasure to follow. All exercises and workouts well-devised with all combinations. You definitely can workout a home, so there are no excuses. Just read this book and start doing something with your body!

A top fitness book.

This really is an essential book if you are serious about cardio and resistance training and using it in your exercise regimen. It explains the correct way to perform each type of training, with plenty of photos showing the proper exercise techniques. A real winner!

A logically paced , portable workout

Indeed well written, thoroughly explained and described guide for exercise regimen using resistance bands, exercise balls, and body weight exercises. A significant bonus is being able to complete your workout wherever you are!

Excellent book, the information it's there to people to know how to improve theirs health. Since in the market they have so much junk food it is not nutritional, got people obese. Appreciated the information and recipes.
