Publisher's summary

Chino When Navy Seal and Scuba diver John Drew is wrongfully accused of murder and sent to Pelican Bay Prison, his life couldn’t get any worse. It does. Known for having the only prisoner SCUBA diving program in the world, Drew refuses to participate in the program until the heavy rains come and threaten to flood the entire valley, putting his wife and baby in mortal danger. A dive team of prisoners is assembled to make repairs to the Caustic Dam before it breeches and floods the valley. Drew volunteers to lead the team. The team has other ideas and, lead by Drew’s arch-rival Nick Cintron, uses the pending flood to plan an escape. Drew has no choice but to foil the escape plan, but in doing so he is too late to save the Dam and the hard rain floods the valley. It’s a race against the clock as Drew has to make emergency repairs to the Dam to save his wife and baby and every person within a fifty mile radius. Cruise Ship A New Mexico County sheriff, John Beckett and his wife Shelly celebrate their wedding anniversary by taking a cruise aboard a luxury cruise liner and get far more than they bargained for when the ship is hijacked by international terrorists’ hell bent on nuking American cities. With the ship adrift in the Gulf of Mexico, the terrorists contact the President with their demands. All prisoners in GITMO are to be released or the passengers die. In true Die Hard, roller-coaster fashion, the sheriff sets out to stop the terrorists from launching nuclear weapons even if it means sinking the world's largest cruise ship. From start to finish, it’s action, action and action.
