Elizabeth Bennet has no intention of revising her opinion of the insufferably proud Mr. Darcy—until a lending library brings them together in the most unexpected way. When a charitable project requires daily collaboration between Elizabeth and the gentleman who once deemed her merely “tolerable,” she discovers that pride and prejudice make poor companions for organizing poetry.
Between debates over book classification and shared tasks among the stacks, Elizabeth finds herself seeing Darcy through new eyes. But can a foundation built on literature prove strong enough to support something as fragile as love? In this charming variation on Austen’s beloved tale, romance blooms one book at a time.

The story is low angst and has little conflict. It is also quite short so if you don't have much time but want a story in one sitting this could work for you. I personally would have liked to have this plot with added events to lengthen the time the couples would spend together. I didn't pay attention to how many days were covered in this short variation but I relistened to a chapter that indicated it was a month when Darcy asked Elizabeth if she was interested. Previous to the opening, Darcy had shown his arrogance to Lizzy and the rest of the community so there wasn't much turn around time for Lizzy to learn to love him. But I guess that a month was all it took.
Short but pleasant
