Second Chance Paranormal Romance

Chasing His Polar Bear by Golden Angel is a paranormal romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Victoria Mei.

This is the forth book in the Big Bad Bunnies series. It can be read as a standalone but the stories are interconnected and I would recommend reading them in order for the full experience.

This is the first series of Golden's that I have read and it definitely won't be my last. I loved the relationship between Sheila and Eli. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

I can't wait to dive into the next book in the series Chasing His Honey Badger so I can get Rana and Brice's story.

Victoria did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of her work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you like paranormal romances, contemporary romance, or second chance romances.

Loved it!! Good solid storyline and interesting plot! It kept my interest throughout! Good job Golden Angel! Narrator Victoria Mei.....excellent storyteller!

Chasing His Polar Bear is the fourth book in the Big Bad Bunnies series, but could be enjoyed as a stand alone. Sheila knows that her boss is a little bit evil, so to save the shifter world, she has to team up with her ex. Eli is unprepared for Sheila and when they meet again, sparks fly. Unresolved past hurts collide as well as a lot of passion, but will they be able to stop Eli’s twin?

This series is just so fun and unique. I love Ms. Angel’s take on shifters, Mates, and I love the action in these books. I think Sheila and Eli are entertaining, as their pasts truly clash together and both have to face what happened then and push it aside so they can focus on the now. Sheila is strong and a fighter, tries to go against what her bear wants, and I love the lengths she’s willing to go to do the right thing. Eli is powerful, dominant, large and in charge, and completely bowled over by Sheila and his own bear’s desires to claim her for his own. I love their dynamic in this storyline, I love the background drama and action, and I loved the ending of this book, too. Ms. Mei did a great job bringing all of the characters to life and I loved her portrayal of Sheila. This is a great book, a fun series, and I can’t wait to read and listen to more!
