Publisher's Summary

A billionaire bachelor, the woman who's been crushing on him, and a fateful accident at his boarding stable...

Third grade teacher Heather Carver has had her eye on Levi Rhodes for a couple of years now, but he seems to be blind to her attempts to charm him. She's about to throw in the towel when an accident on his horse farm finally has him looking her way.

Levi, who started his boarding stable from scratch, thinks he has everything he needs. Plenty of money, horses, and his beloved Texas Hill Country. Women have never brought him anything but trouble, and he's not interested. No sirree.

Until his best friend's little sister gets badly injured while at his stables. Then Heather infiltrates his life in ways he'd never thought possible, and his strict antifemale stance slips. Will Heather heal his emotional scars, and will he care for her physical ones so they can have a real relationship?

Sweet Story

Charming the Cowboy: A Christian Contemporary Romance
: Liz Isaacson

I missed the first two books in the Grape Seed Falls series. This is book three. I got to meet the characters for the first time. This is a sweet clean romance that has taken years to be realized. Will they find happiness or will past secrets and choices keep them apart. A nice story with cowboys, horses, peaches a dog and cats!
I will have to go back and listen to the first two books.

The narration was well done. The characters were well portrayed. Caroline McLaughlin brings the story to life.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Loved this sweet HEA

Another fantastic story by Liz Isaacson that Caroline McLaughlin brings to life with her beautiful narration. This sweet romance brings together two characters previously mentioned in other the Grape Seed Falls series. I was soooo happy that Levi & Heather got their own story...and what a story it is! I refused to take my lunch break until I finished listening to this audiobook. Ha! Make sure you check out the series on audiobook (or read the books if audiobooks aren’t your thing).

Heather and Levi’s story

Charming the Cowboy is another great book in the Grape Seed Falls Series. I really enjoy Liz Isaacson’s well written, realistic stories where the hero and heroine aren’t perfect. I enjoy the journey to healing and love. I recommend all of Liz Isaacson’s books!

I received a copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

Loved!

This was a great book. I loved the story. There was so much that you learn about Levi and all he had been through so many surprises. But those experiences really made him into the man he is. I really liked how he learned from his mistakes and experiences and how he learned to overcome his fears.
I liked how Heather is such a strong women and how she knows what she wants and goes for it. I also like that she realizes what she really wants and what she is willing to sacrifice to get it.
Great story with lots of emotions.
The narrator does an excellent job and I really found her voice soothing to listen to

Heavier Subject Matter; Uplifting Solutions

I'm not sure what it was about Heather and Levi's story, but I enjoyed it much more than book 2 of the series. I voluntarily listened to and reviewed the Audio version received from the author. It was the same narrator, but the narration seemed to have more life, more happiness, more promise.

Feeling that way was kind of surprising considering the subject matter was heavier than in the previous book. I thought it was great that Levi found solace and peace in prayer.

I felt badly for Levi, especially after he found some joy in his life. I thought Heather had a slightly harsh reaction to what Levi said, especially after he had shared his deepest and darkest secrets with her. I'm not sure, but did Heather ever accept that she had control issues?

Levi and Heather found their way to each other with patience and prayer. They ended up with their HEA after all. I would give this book 4.5 stars.

Good Love Story

CHARMING THE COWBOY by Liz Isaacson
Heather a teacher for ten years, looking forward to the open riding period and one handsome guy name Levi. Two years and nothing, what was there about him, and the other cowboys she dated they didn’t fit. Heather’s oldest brother was his best friend, and she was easy to talk to. He wouldn’t give up his freedom, even if he was unhappy. Everything changed when she got thrown off the horse. Her brother wants her to go to the ranch, uneven grounds, stairs. Levi’s offer his place main floor, chef, which will she chose. She’s had a crush on him , a jewelry box and a kiss on the cheek, was all it took. Great story of a love that didn’t die for her, readers will love it.
Given ARC for my voluntary review and my honest opinion.

Great sweet romance

This is a lovely clean story Which is part of a series but was easy to read as a stand alone.
The characters have enough depth to them that I was able to get lost in the story and it felt believable. The narrator performed the story well.
