Wonderful!
This was such a complete guide, I was truly impressed. I loved this listen, super engaging and filled with information and tips that make juicing an obvious health choice. It was also straightforward and easy to understand. I liked the testimonials from people who have done juice cleanses and others. It covers the what, why, how and all must knows. Lots of Great Juicing Info!
I love that this book highlighted the benefits of juicing since I only thought of it as a way to easily sneak in some veggies. Now that I know how much it helps with inflammation - I am even more excited to get started! My favorite part is when the author tells you what to stock your kitchen with so you can always have simple ingredients on hand. I can't wait to try some of these delicious-sound recipes!
