Calming, relaxing, and empowering

This first time I listened to this, I instantly fell asleep. I just listened again, this time without sleeping, and found the author's voice very soothing and her words very inspirational and empowering. I had accidentally set the speed to .90 (slower) instead of 1.0 (normal), and I think that made it even better. Highly recommended.
