Great story but not for delicate people.

That’s just how it was. If you’re only interested in a story where everyone is treated fairly, no one is misunderstood, history is changed and sterilized to meet today’s standards, everyone gets a medal for just being alive, then this isn’t the book for you. Bad behavior, language and misdeeds are laid bare without apology but certainly not glorified. It’s just raw I read it in high school back in the 90’s and I went back for more now in my late 40’s and the only disappointing part about it is that it’s abridged and JC is not the best narrator LOL

Loved the story line and the fact it was read by none other than Jackie Collins! On to part 2!

Audible censors

Love the uncensored book. Audible took out a ton of sections. Should offer both versions. Too bad.

I’d love to hear the unabridged versions of both books. Lucky and Chances. Both are favorites.

child sex abuse....I didn't like

I didn't like the child sex abuse.
I didn't like him marring his x lover daughter.

sexual conquests

I love this book but sad that they skip over a lot of things small things but still skipped over them

Jackie doesn’t disappoint!

I read the series when I graduated high school. Oh the memories of lounging around with an ice cold Dr. Pepper, emotional support radio tuned into some random station I’m happy I’m listening to it again. Oh to be 18 again ☺️

Wasted A Credit on 4 chapters

Part 2 should be included it was just more than 2 hours. I feel jipped.
