Publisher's summary

Anonymous is back with the intoxicating, darkly dangerous, and wildly addictive sequel to his New York Times best-selling debut novel, Diary of an Oxygen Thief.

Picking up the story where it left off, the controversial protagonist of cult classic Diary of an Oxygen Thief retools his advertising skills to seduce women online. It's a pursuit that quickly becomes a dangerous fixation, often requiring even more creativity and deception than his award-winning ad campaigns. Dazzling, daunting, and darkly hilarious, this spellbinding sequel is a spectacular indictment of a modern love twisted beyond recognition.

This title was previously published as Chameleon on a Kaleidoscope.

Better than Oxygen Thief

The author writing skill is greatly improved since Oxygen Thief. This sequel memoir ( or wildly imagined fiction) is funny with a bit less cruelty as a recovering alcoholic trolls online dating in a pursuit of sex.
Funny , sometimes cringe worthy.
I’m a fan of Anonymous, from a distance. I would hate this guy in real life.

Unfair

Might be biased, might not. I find art beautiful for that reason; one might find something others don’t. Beauty. This book hits all my life struggles and inner thoughts I’ve been afraid of understanding, from liquor, sex and work. A beautifully written “conversation” you feel like you’re having with a childhood friend who tells you everything so you don’t do the same. Easy to follow, fun to enjoy and impactful to change your own self. Thank you. I will be going into SLA meetings now.

Lost mind

This book reads as a therapy session/ a commercial.. might not be forever but I enjoyed the inter-thoughts. And how he see the world around him..

Misogynistic rubbish

Absolute rubbish. The author who uses his alcoholism and sex-addiction to justify his misogynistic lifestyle and inability to hold a job.

Then further abuses his partner by pumping her pics on a webpage to promote his really poorly written book.

Honestly just not great

Normally I try to give books a thorough read or listen but I just couldn’t get through this one. Boring, annoying, and just overall not a good listen. Tried to return but I couldn’t 💔
