Very useful guide to the chakras. The information was straight to the point and perfectly organized. I wanted to learn more about self healing and Chakras and this is a great audio-book to start with educating yourself!!

This would be a great book to anyone brand new to the idea or concept of chakras. I would suggest listening a beginner book on meditation first before chakras. Meditation knowledge brings light to the concept of chakras and with that basic knowledge it opened up my view even better.
