Not enough time on the chakras
Good concept but just didn't work for me.
I found that the narrator had a lovely warm tone but spent so much effort focusing on relaxing my body and mind that when it did come round to doing chakra clearing we spent around 5 minutes or so on all 7 chakras in total then it was time to open my eyes and get up. Also the chakras were not closed down leaving me wide open to all energies.
The first recording was lovely but doesn't mention the chakras and was about relaxing - I understand this was a bonus track.
This entire recoding was more like hypnotherapy for relaxation than light mediation on chakra clearing and healing, so it's not correctly been marketed.
Lovely concept and idea but just not for me.

Hypnotic Relaxation
This was my first time trying a hypnosis relaxation technique and if you like subliminal messaging to help you, you may enjoy this two part meditation. The second meditation focuses on the chakras and I preferred this one. I put up too many walls with hypnosis as I am not comfortable with the concept of it and I didn’t want to downgrade my review based on my biases.
