Lovely Mantras for Chakra Focus
Whether you need to use a mantra when meditation or not, giving this piece a bit of time is worth it. We all grow through each step we take towards reaching the divine link with the one true God we all have within. I have found several ways to meditate successfully and using a mantra is just one of them. Listen to the Sancrits through the Hindu Gita, Vedas, and Upanishads...not to mention the full work of the Mahābhārata. I recommend listening/reading repeatedly and encourage everyone to read all of the holy books for there are many parallels in all of the available works right down to the Qur'an. However, Buddhist and Hindu texts align the most with my inner self.
