This is extremely a gold mine of information!

Understanding how stress, anxieties and depression is deteriorating our physical bodies is such a big and alarming truth that everyone should have a knowledge about. We sometimes deal with it lightly that we tend to ignore how harmful it is for our entire being.

Overcoming stress, anxieties and depression is such a tedious task to do especially when you got no more time in the world to just get away for some time and have some relaxation with your family and loved ones.

I'm so grateful that I got a chance to acquire this book because this is what I need. Working in a very stressful environment needs a lot of strength, will power, and passion for you to soar high above pressures and stress. And this book has offered me very helpful tips, advice's and meditations. I appreciate this audiobook so much!

With the help of this audiobook, I know now how to manage whatever problems I may encounter because of the tips, information given and most of all the meditations that we can practice. Oftentimes, I feel too much stressed and anxious for so many things especially when I have problem that is why I do appreciate this book because I learned so many things about overcoming anxieties, how to live without stress and so much more!

change negative thoughts to positives ones

This is certainly a wonderful book! With the help of this book, I learned many things in order to eliminate stress and anxieties in life. From the information given from this audiobook, you can lean to change negative thoughts to positives ones. All I can say is live our lives to the fullest, don't ever lose hope and never ever give up. Have a positive thinking and mental attitude. Overall, I really enjoyed listening to this book.

Such a nice book! It taught me how to live without fear, hesitations, live without anxieties, having peace of mind, control our emotions, being relaxed, and calm, among others. Through this book, I also learned how to face difficult problems. I am very much thankful that I found this audiobook. Thanks Sarah Rowland for this excellent audiobook guide.

Inner happiness

I found this book as an indeed guide to meditation; I love on how the author discussed the topic and it was broaden my knowledge about meditation also it was well-narrated by Stephanie Murphy; her voice is very pleasing to ears. This book was quite interesting because it dealt with a lot of information. The author covers the gamut, informing the listener about the history and benefits of meditation, how it works, how to prepare to do it and how to practice in order to be good at it. The author also covers the obstacles that listeners will encounter on their path and gives ideas as to how to deal with those obstacles.

A brilliant audiobook

As a beginner I found this audiobook very helpful. This is, without a doubt, the most helpful book on meditation on meditation; the instructions were written simply and easy to follow.

This book really helped spell things out for me in simple enough terms. I wasn't needing to know how to be a yogi or a monk, I was just needing to know how I could meditate and how it wold benefit me. I finally found what I was looking for.

Find peace through Meditation

After listening to this book, I discovered that I could find peace through meditation. It helped me take control of my mind and regain control of my life. From the moment I got it, it has been a true blessing. As a novice to meditation, this book sure gives me a good inner perspective of how meditation should be done. Meditation practices, are techniques that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm seeing of the true nature of things. I have personally been practicing meditation for over three years now; and i feel that it has improved the quality of my life.

This guide is easy to follow, very informative and to the point. It would be perfect for someone who wants to be introduced into meditation, but does not know where to begin.

The benefits of meditating are much touted by those already undertaking daily or regular meditation. People have different reasons for wanting to meditate: quelling the internal chatter, getting to know oneself better, finding calm and a sense of grounding, enforced restful contemplation, or tying it to one's faith. Whatever your reason for wanting to meditate, it can be daunting to know how to begin and how to stay motivated.

This book is a great guide for anyone who wants to get into meditation. It explains what meditation is and how best to do it.

I enjoyed listening to this book and getting new ideas for managing everyday stress. It gives a variety of good methods and I think beginners and more can get something useful from this. The meditation techniques in this book are simply life changing for beginners if they are to take heed to the information contained in the book.

This book speaks of the importance of inner peace, and very clearly shows ways to achieve this.
