it was mostly an ad for the echo

yeah, human voice and the concept is good, but this was an ad to get an amazon echo for your dog.

id rate it much higher if it wasnt an obvious ad.

Great idea!

First, I want to say I don't agree with those who are saying this is a commercial for an Amazon Echo or Dot. Cesar repeatedly says any device that will read the audible book will work. He gives great detail how to use audible books to help keep your dog entertained while you are away. Also, there are great tips in the book that discuss how it's important that we the dog owner are the pack leader. Please listen to the book even if you decide to not use audible, as I said there is great advice in the book. I've used instrumental music for years and it seems to work but I'm opened to books too. Finally, reviewers are saying there is no book list. This is not true, there are numerous suggestions for different books to use with your dog.

Volunteer at Alaqua Animal Refuge to walk dogs. None at home. But great listen while on the elliptical.

Good explanation of why Audible for Dogs should work. My dog chews things when I leave. I’ll try anything. His thorough description of a dog’s pack orientation and how that can work for you was great. I hope it works.

This is a good reminder of how/what your 🐶 thinks & behaves. It’s a short but valuable listen.

Great Ideas for preventing dog anxiety

Beyond the Echo/Alexa product placement push, this is full of sound advice to help train you & your dog on separation anxiety. You can use the advice and learn from it without the Alexa/Echo, just use a Fire or other Audible playback device for your dog. Stop being closed minded and you can help yourself and your furbaby(ies) at the same time! I highly recommend the concepts of using Audiobooks to soothe your dog. How you play it is up to you.

my dogs love Cesar

I've learned so much from Cesar as a dog owner and dog trainer. This audiobook allowed me to come up with ideas to help my dogs and my clients' dogs relax and feel safe when we are away. Not to mention helping us Dog Owners know our dogs are calm and comfortable.

Very informative. I liked the reinforcement on how dogs don't have good memory. I'm always reminding my husband that you have to basically catch in the act.
