intense filler filled with action

This book grabs you fast and won't release you. I loved how Jill isn't just battling bad guys but is caught between shady agents and billionaires and twists at every turn. The whole sports betting empire thing reads very current and fresh—makes you wonder what really happens in the real world as well. It builds and builds and really, I had no idea how it would all end up. If you like high-risk thrillers and a rough-around-the-edges protagonist, you're gonna love this one.

Don’t read many books but this is a must read.keeps you on the edge of your seat at all times. Can’t wait for the next one!!!

Amazing story!

Let me just say that I throughly enjoyed this book! The characters and character development was spot on and every time someone new was introduced I was left with giddy anticipation as to how they would fit into the storyline! As with any novel the first few chapters are devoted to setting up the story and the ensemble of characters that will keep you eagerly awaiting the next twist and unexpected cliffhanger. I love how the author mixed a diverse cast of both civilian and military performers which allows everyone to have someone in the story they can relate to. As a fan but never member of our beloved military, especially the Navy, I appreciate the efforts Michael Wegman took to give insight to the common, everyday language and actions our naval personal use on a daily basis. This not only gave me the sense of realism of what was going on onboard the ship, but it didn’t leave me feeling lost and confused. This is not a task easily pulled off but Wegman did it flawlessly.
Technical and detail stuff out of the way, you have no clue how much I would love to have an intense discussion about this story! A brilliant villain, his reason for his actions, and a long list of willing and unwilling participants really make this story jump off the pages and keep you excited for the next chapter. I won’t say more, but the build up to the stories climax is phenomenal, and the action in the final minutes pulled me in and put me right there in the middle of it all. So good…..SOOOOOO GOOD! The story was tied together in the end in a beautiful and sometimes unexpected manner that left my guessing, hoping, and completely surprised all at once. Fantastic book. Highly recommended!!

Excellent “attention to detail” and Knowledge shared

Caveat Games was an excellent and easy read! The characters/players were introduced very well and easily followed throughout the storyline. As I approached the middle to end of Caveat Games, I found it hard to put down simply because of the drama that kept unfolding.
Wegman’s great knowledge of his US Navy career made all the normal Navy jargon easy to understand, and pulled you in as part of the crew.
All in all a great read/listen! Wegman is a strong writer and partnered with Visser as the narrator made this a much more impactful experience for me.

Love Jill Sinclair

If you're into thrillers in even the smallest way, you're going to love this. Jill Sinclair is the protagonist everyone wants--he literally goes out and gets things done. Love this character, amazing job!
