O'Keefe finds ways to constantly rachet up the tension and stakes while still having another shoe to drop, pressing forward at a rapid pace while simultaneously sewing horrifying recall into on bang up adventure!

Very good chapter in the series

I thoroughly enjoyed this book in the series. My only complaint is the language used to get the point across. it seems now days people find it necessary to use that language too frequently. other than that, I highly recommend this series.

Loved all 60 hours of this series!

Great hard sci-fi. O’Keefe masterfully spins a web of characters and tech that feels like a real place. Joe Jamison brings it to life with superb narration.

loved the final book, and still wanting more from it. I want to read again, far in the future, what is Sanda and Thomas and Bero are up to and what new adventures they will have

Great, unique sci-fi trilogy

I really enjoyed this trilogy. I think it is a very unique and complex execution of a classic 'alien tries to kill all humans' scenario. I love O'Keefe's writing style and the words and descriptions she uses, I think she's a great author. I love all of the characters and I think they had believably separate personalities. This was likely elevated by Joe Jameson's outstanding narration performance though.

As much as I liked the story, it was quite long. LOTS of story threads with tons of characters that eventually linked together, but could be confusing. There was just a lot of detail that I was gettng pretty confused by towards the end. The final chapters did a good job of explaining the events though.
