An insightful read

It’s been a complex time for me – and for all of us. The news is confusing and distressing and some of our personal situations are unsettling. I found many of the recommendations in ‘Cast no Stones’ helpful. Some will be used immediately and others will keep me rethinking my actions for a long time.

I can relate to several of the scenarios that are used in this book. Whether or not they happened that way with me, I appreciated the helpful strategies to flip my reaction to the situation.

The narration for this book is excellent, engaging the listener without distraction.
