Publisher's Summary

Matthew Fairchild is the Consul’s son and the golden-haired boy of the Nephilim. He has the love of his family and his parabatai James Herondale, and nothing to wish for, except excitement and artistry and beauty that do not seem to fit in with a warrior’s way of life. Matthew gets more than he bargained for at the Shadow Market, where he commits the greatest sin of his life - something he can never tell his parabatai, or any of the honorable Shadowhunters around him.

disappointing

I am a HUGE fan if Cassandra Clare and the City of Bones series, but these short stories are greatly disappointing. They feel forced, the depth of the characters is missing. Not up to the normal quality I'm used to with this series

Charming but sad

Charming, then dreadfully sad, yet with some hope for redemption — and so well written and narrated.

I’m really not a fan of how these short stories are broken up

I like Mathew Fairchild allot. I don’t like this story. Also I don’t like that all of these short stories are broken up individually. I would rather they were in one book that I could get with a single credit instead of having to either pay out of pocket for each or waist a credit on

Cast long shadows book 2<br />

My wish arrived to hear again the lives of Jem, Will, Charles and Charlotte stirred the beloved time of the clockwork creatures. I love this period of time and wish so much more came to share theae beloved characters.

I LOVED THIS!!!!!! I also can't wait to hear more. Thanks for this amazing story. I can't wait till the series The Last Hour in which Matt's story is continued.

Outstanding

As usual a tale that grips the soul, this bringing back my previously loved TID with the brilliance of Jonathan Bailey's narration is a joy that pulls at my heartstrings for more to come from our beloved Shadowhunter families.

Simply exquisite

I expect no less from Clare and Brennan. The authors embrace the readers in the tale of Mathew.
