From Burnout to Bliss: Discover a powerful solution that brings joy back to caregiving.

It starts with the little things, doesn't it? Mom forgetting to turn off the stove, or Dad insisting on a winter sweater in July. Suddenly, a slip in the bathroom leads to a heart-pounding, E.R.-bound adventure. Your once-stable life becomes a tornado of caregiving responsibilities.

Work, marriage, kids, your sanity… You're at the center, praying nothing crashes down. You give your all but run on fumes, feeling guilty for needing a break.

But there's more beneath the surface. Simmering anger and resentment threaten your spirit. This book unveils a way to navigate caregiving chaos.

Inside, discover:

  • A life-changing method for empowering caregiving
  • Effective communication with doctors
  • Modifications for a fall-free home
  • Powerful lessons on boundary-setting
  • Tips for discussing caregiving with kids

Conquer legal and financial aspects stress-free. Learn self-care techniques to avoid burnout.

The more you strive for perfection, the closer you get to burnout. It won't benefit anyone – not you or your parent who needs you now more than ever.

When you're happy and fulfilled, you give more. Taking care of yourself isn't selfish; it's responsible. Don't let guilt and exhaustion hold you back. Be the best caregiver without burning out: click "Add to Cart" now.

My dear mother will be turning 80 later this year! Yay, Mom! Thank goodness, she has her health and wits about her. However, I do know that as time passes, that may change. She and I can discuss these issues before such things occur (hopefully, they won't). This book opened my eyes to some realities and responsibilities that will come my way down the years: power of attorney for financial decisions, paying for senior care, hospice care, retirement communities, medication management, special diets, etc. Many more points are covered, but this is what we need to know and deal with as our loved ones age. It's also something you will have to have an important discussion with your loved one. A lot of knowledge here. Definitely worth reading!

I learned so much from this book. My family has a few people in their 80s and 90s do I can feel all the issues the family members/ care givers are facing. This book talks about housing needs, both retirement communities to aging at home. From medicine, medical care and how to advocate for your loved ones. From the care givers burned out and how to care for yourself first so you can care for your loved ones and how to get helped from workplace, community, friends and colleagues. It’s just cover everything I needed to make life enjoyable for both my aging family members and us, care givers. Excellent jobs!

So well written!

When you have to help your aging parents it can feel like a never ending spiral, it doesn’t have to be that way. You can help the parents you love and have a life of your own. I know that can seem impossible but it’s not. This book can help you find that path.

This audiobook is a great tool to care for your aging parents while trying to manage your life. The author definitely understands the struggle. I have a mother who is of the age of concern as well. I think about the moves I have to make often to care for her if the time comes where she can't anymore. This audiobook even gives step to step guidelines for emotional support.

Great information!
