highly recommended!!

This book explains things in a way that is easy to understand and follow. It has a lot of practical advice and tricks for getting through the rough times. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to lose weight without giving up carbs entirely.

A perfect carb cycling program which is easy to understand. The book is awesome well written and also have some low carb and high carb recipes along with a diet plan which will give you a healthy lifestyle.

An interesting Carb Cycling book. I am enlightened about the significance of carb cycling upon listening the details of the book.
