Useful and Masterfully Refreshing

I wholeheartedly give this book a well deserved 5 out of 5 stars. The content was presented in an incredibly useful and refreshingly new way. I found the concepts of communication kingdoms, along with the descriptions of ignorers, liars, and deniers, to be particularly insightful and immediately applicable to my own experiences. Even though I have studied the nuances of communication for years, the way that Ramey is able to so clearly and effectively articulate her ideas is nothing short of masterful. As an added bonus, the author is also the narrator of the audiobook, and her pacing and tone are absolutely perfect for delivering every important and intentional point within her manuscript. She did a truly fantastic job with the narration, which greatly enhanced the listening experience. I sincerely believe that anyone who finds themselves in a position of leadership, whether that be in business, politics, family, religion, or any other capacity, should not only read this book but also keep a copy on their bookshelf for frequent reference.

Informative and insightful

I can hear the passion in this author’s voice. I really enjoyed listening and following along! I feel like I accomplished a full semester of school learning something new. I’ll be waiting for more books from this author.
