Publisher's summary

In her job, love is in focus. In her personal life, capturing love has never been so hard.

For Coco Beaumont, capturing love is easy. It's her job. She uses her camera and films happy couples in love with her wedding videography business. In her personal life, Coco's heart is captured thousands of miles away by her boyfriend, who builds orphanages in South America.

While filming for her roommate, Liz, Coco's focus becomes blurred. The photographer for Liz and Tyler's wedding gets in her way and under her skin. She is torn between what she has waited for and what is right in front of her.

Peter Jorgensen is hired for his college roommate's wedding. But signing up for the job comes with more than he bargained for. Though they start off on the wrong foot, Peter is determined to show Coco that capturing love is more than perfect predictability and a setting on the camera.

Coco is so focused on seeing the love between everyone else, she is oblivious to the love blooming in her own life. It will take a reset on her aperture to focus on love.

Camera Wars is a sweet contemporary romance and is book two in the Sundaes for Breakfast romance series.

I loved it!

Chelsea Hale wrote such a wonderful book with great imagery, humor, realistic situations and chemistry. Coco and Peter do not start out on the best foot, as he seems to annoy her. I loved how Coco's roommates for Sundae Breakfast were included in this standalone listen. This book is part of a series, has cameo appearances from the first book, Mr. Write, and is its own original story. Stacey Glemboski performed the book beautifully with her distinguishable voices for various characters. I really enjoyed this clean listen and sweet story. I will definitely listen to more books by this talented author and narrator. I requested this review copy audiobook and have voluntarily written this review. I definitely hope that more of Coco's friends get their story told.

Very sweet romance!

I LOVED this book!!! I haven't read the first book in the series yet, so am excited I have another one waiting for me. This was a very sweet romance, a great weekend read! Chelsea Hale had great character development and made you want to root for Peter and Coco too!

I also LOVED Stacey Glemboski's narration of the story. A narrator can make or break an audiobook for me, but Stacey has the perfect voice for this! I plan on searching for future audiobooks narrated by her specifically because she made it such an enjoyable experience for me.

I was given a free copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Cute, clean fun romance...

Camera Wars, A Sundaes for Breakfast Romance, Book 2 by Chelsea Hale is an easy listen and an cute, entertaining romance. It's super clean with no sex, so anyone that prefers to listen to a clean romance, this would be a great book for you. As a professional photographer, I could completely understand Coco's irritation with Peter in the beginning when he kept getting in her shots and the details of their professions were written and researched well. Anyways, with Coco and Peter forced to work together to capture their friends' wedding, things between them change and feelings grow. Are there any major surprises in the story? Not really, but if you want a fun, easy listen, then this should be a perfect listen for you!

Stacey Glemboski once again does a great job narrating this story and bringing the characters to life. Both her male and female voices were excellent and I'll continue to listen to more stories narrated by her in the future. I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher for an honest review.

A story in pictures!

Camera Wars is a wonderful, feel good story featuring Coco and Peter. I love stories that are featured around weddings, there is a warm and fuzzy feel to the story even when things aren't going as smoothly as expected. Coco and Peter meet as their mutual friends are getting married. Peter is a photographer, Coco a videographer, and though not on the best of terms in the beginning, the two find a rhythm of working together and an attraction that is hard to resist. There is a familiarity and intimacy that these two characters present as they are working together. I loved them together. As the story progresses, I felt frustrated with the lack of communication between Coco and Peter, and had to keep listening to see how things would work out. It's light and easy, perfect for a weekend listen.

I loved Stacey Glemboski's narration, her voice is perfect for these characters. She has a good pace, and the voices she uses are easily distinguishable. She gives all her characters their own personalities and provides a wonderful performance.

Another win from Chelsea Hale!

I read this book, and fell in love with it all over again listening to the audio version. My only complaint was that it went by too fast. I'm hoping Coco and Peter will be mentioned in the next book in the series. They are the perfect couple!

Too short needs more about the couple

The story stops to abruptly more needs to be said about the happy ending. Good beginning lacking at the end of story

Second book in series

I started this book before I realized it was book two. I stopped it and listened to the first one first. They don’t have to be listened or read in order but they will make more sense. It was a cute story. It is fun that the books are about roommates and their love stories.
At the beginning of this book Coco is with her long term boyfriend. He doesn’t show up much in the book because they have a mostly long distance relationship.
Peter is the perfect guy. Except he and Coco spend too much time in the book in a misunderstanding.

Will they click or have to delete a romance...

Chelsea Hale kinda had me with the title of this book. What in the world could Camera Wars mean? Well, I found out with this sweet romantic jaunt into the world of photography/videography.

While it did take me a little bit to warm up to the characters in this Sundaes For Breakfast Romance, they kinda took turns being jerks to each other, I really did get into the story. And when Coco and Peter had a falling out I just wanted to yell at them “No! No!” However, they, and readers, did have to go through it so the happy ending could turn out just right.

It's been a little while since I listened to this audiobook but as far as I remember the narrator was a good match for the story and the audio production had no real issues. I enjoyed listening to Camera Wars and definitely plan on listening to the third audiobook in Chelsea Hale's charming Sundaes For Breakfast Romance series.

(I received a copy of this book from the author/publisher. All opinions are entirely my own.)

How many times can he step in front of her shoot????

Coco is an amazing videographer and is shooting her roommate’s wedding. She’s had a looooong term relationship with a guy who seems more interested in building houses for a service mission than taking time for her. Peter is a close friend of the groom and is the photographer for the wedding. He always seemed to be getting in the way of her shooting to get his own shots. After a rocky start they are getting in a groove of working together and she is questioning her relationship with the boyfriend. Peter is sure they are engaged or about to be so he can’t put his heart or business on the line. After one misunderstanding after another they finally get their HEA. Cami Checketts always tells a great story with a touch of humor and plenty of good clean fun. The supporting characters are great and hopefully we’ll read about them in future stories. The narration is spot on.
