Publisher's Summary

Does your mind feels like it is running from something?

Whatever you do, you just can't help but have that thought in your mind. What's worse is it is more likely negative thinking, self-doubt, and worries.

You just want it all to go away!

The famous William Shakespeare once said, "There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so".

Stress and anxiety might not be the most fulfilling and the most pleasant experience you can have - however, that’s only due to your negative perception of them.

Anxiety has always been lighted upon its negative side...society always tells you why it’s gonna kill your day and well-being...I am not trying to play on the devil’s side either.

I simply want you to know that you can be awesome and happy even though you are experiencing anxiety.

In fact, if you can decide to use stress and anxiety in a proactive way, these emotions and states can actually help you big time to perform very well, and they can also help you make better decisions in your life which are more likely to lead to your long term happiness.

This will definitely make you feel less anxious, not only in the present moment, but also in a long term run.

And you might be asking yourself, how on earth do you expect me to use my anxiety in a more positive way?

I highly encourage you to be more open minded and try to welcome the idea that anxiety can also be a performance enhancer if you choose to see it in the right way.

I urge you to take this guided meditation with you today and take action to seeing anxiety as a friend rather than dreading the fight every single day against something that you can turn into a superpower!

Buy this meditation audio today, and experience the power of your mind!

Provide important information!

This book is very interesting, although I don't believe it is a cure on its own. It does however provide important information, understanding and management on anxiety.

There's a way to calm down!

Long story short, you can't control all anxiety by changing thoughts. But there's a way to calm down, by slow breathing, for example. But this book also prepares your mind, so that slow breathing is more effective.

It's very good for background!

The book doesn't give a ton of info on HOW to actually do the work involved - but it's very good for background info and an explanation of the brain. I discovered lots of info about the 'technical' side of anxiety that I never knew before.

I was getting away from it all.

This is a great reference book. I grew up with a mother who has anxiety issues and OCD. So when I left home for college, I thought I was getting away from it all.

Scatty, Not for sleeping

Wish they will direct it directly to help you sleep. It's a bit scary. It jumped from different subjects. It makes you think more not relaxed. She talked about other families coming from work, why do I want to hear that before I sleep,?

Provide solid solution to address them.

I have listened to many self help books for fear and anxiety. They all tend to talk about the cause of the problem. This provide explains scientific reason why we feel anxious and provide solid solution to address them.
