Highly recommend!

Excellent listen on the principles of Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I recommend this to anyone who might be suffering from depression, anxiety or negative thinking. It helps you understand how to get yourself out of the rut by thinking differently about any given situation. It's easy to listen and not too clinical.

Nice overview of modern therapy!

This would be useful to b someone considering therapy for the first time. It doesn't have enough depth to substitute for therapy, which is a good things, but does give insight into the what and why of certain techniques. Great listen, well researched and organized.
