Publisher's Summary

The secret to relieving anxiety, pain, and more, without confusing prescriptions or uncomfortable side effects....

Cannabidiol, also known as CBD, is the latest and greatest buzzword in discussions about health, stress relief, and natural remedies.

In just a short time, this compound has gone from a relatively unknown substance to one so common you can pick it up at your local gas station.

But is this a legitimate method to improve your health, or a fad that will fade by next year?

With more than 40 countries approving medicinal cannabis, you can be sure that it's not a passing craze - CBD is here to stay.

In a world where you are constantly bombarded with stressors that can lead to anxiety and inflammation, it often feels like the only solution comes in the form of pills.

For years you've been told that these chemically concocted treatments are the answer to your problems, and that any side effects are just the price you have to pay.

If that's the case, why have people used CBD for thousands of years to treat a multitude of health problems?

We've become so accepting of side effects and discomfort that it seems almost impossible for an alternative method to exist that eliminates many of the adverse reactions caused by prescriptions.

With the introduction of CBD - a legal, non addictive treatment - into the market, a world of possibilities has opened up for you.

In CBD, here is just a fraction of what you will discover:

  • The scientific evidence showing how medicinal cannabis works to boost your body's existing functions without the grogginess or impaired motor skills
  • Why so many people misunderstand CBD, and how you can reap the rewards without psychoactive side effects
  • The red flags to look out for when deciding which CBD company you are going to buy from
  • How to identify which of the five most popular forms of CBD is right for your specific needs and lifestyle
  • Why it matters that CBD products aren't regulated by the FDA, and the secret to finding safe and reputable CBD sources on your own
  • The common concerns people have about CBD use and the research that will put your fears to rest

And much more.

The misconception that taking CBD is the same as smoking marijuana often prevents people from trying it, even those who have the most to gain from it.

In reality, this natural and holistic compound works with already existing systems in your body to improve function and reduce inflammation.

With relatively zero health risks and an affordable price tag, there's no reason not to try it for yourself.

Don't let misinformation keep you from improving your well-being. To learn the true science behind CBD, scroll up and click the “buy” button right now.

Everything you need to know on the subject

I am a budtender at a medical marijuana dispensary and this book was very informative. Since there is such a lack of MMJ research at this point in time we don't get a lot of training, so resources like this are very important to have.

Arrived in the expected amount of time

I have not listen this book yet. I have only skimmed it. It appears to be exactly what I was looking for. I have a couple of other book that I have to listen first but I expect this one to be my greatest resource for my new business.

A LOT of good information

Presentation is more scientific, but very understandable. I really like how it tells you all the upsides and downsides in its use. Also the history "lessons" are very interesting. A EXCELLENT addition to your library if you are curious about Cannabis medical uses.

Everything you need to know!

I knew very little about Cannabis prior to listening this book. As a first time user it has been very helpful. It provides information on various strains, methods of usage, and for specific conditions what dosage works best. I refer to this book often. Highly recommend if you are looking to get educated.

A worthy listen.

I am a health professional who is attempting to understand the ever changing perception of Cannabis within the clinical setting. This book is fantastic in that it gives a thorough explanation of why and when Cannabis is used, dosages, types, and anything else that anyone may ever want to know about this plant. I’ll be listening it cover to cover and reference it often for both personal and clinical support!

Great listen!

The section about drug interactions is very useful given how many customers are already taking medications prescribed by their doctors for the conditions these people are now coming to us to get relief from using cannabis. I highly recommend this book for anyone who uses cannabis for any reason.

Great book. Big enough to hit people with.

I am mainly interested in understanding different strain types and efficacy for depression and sleep. This is the best book I have found so far. Especially like the details on dosing, not the usual generic 'take dative for daytime, indict for sleep, take two aspirin, call me in the morning....'
