Finally a book with up to date info and real world experiences. Great book and author.

I truly enjoyed this book. In chapter 5 I will listen to again. Its encouraging me to action about organization financial records for future business deals. Now
I will purchase a hard copy for my library.

I'm barely looking into getting in the rental business and this book gives a very good detailed description of what you will encounter. Also, downloadable workbook is available and other websites as resources. Highly recommend.

Finally a book that gives it to you straight on how to actually property manage my properties. If i had this book during the crash maybe i would still have my properties.

This book is packed with easy to understand practical ways to becoming a landlord. Brian has done an excellent job explaining systems and tools that he uses to be successful. The bonus PDF is very helpful and makes the concepts easier to understand. Great job!
