Leadership is the buzzword of the last 30 years and today. This is a helpful look into some of its depth. Relationships, reading, research and reflection are essential to life and leadership but reflection and relationships are the most important.
I most enjoyed that this book is not a how-to on leadership so mush as it's the author's study results on hundreds of American leaders: politicians, businessmen, nonprofit leaders, etc. The work is also short and engaging. The author does a good job of stating principles and then illustrating them with stories of leaders in his study.
