A great study on leadership

I most enjoyed that this book is not a how-to on leadership so mush as it's the author's study results on hundreds of American leaders: politicians, businessmen, nonprofit leaders, etc. The work is also short and engaging. The author does a good job of stating principles and then illustrating them with stories of leaders in his study.
