Great

What did you love best about Time Management & Productivity?

It covered a lot of information in not too long.

What other book might you compare Time Management & Productivity to and why?

Well this is a collection of summaries so it's not really like other books, unless that other book is a collection of summaries, in which case I would compare it to that haha. Maybe it's like a CliffsNotes or SparkNotes.

Which character – as performed by Knight Writer – was your favorite?

Well Knight Writer of course!

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

In a world with too little time and too much to do...

Any additional comments?

Enjoyable listen. Two thumbs up.

Good collection of books!

Any additional comments?

Keeps my mind focused and directed. Why I love these types of books is that I can just click on a random chapter even if I haven't listened for a while and learn something.

Different... but good!

Any additional comments?

This was different than I thought it'd be. A lot of summaries of different strategies for time management. I would definitely recommend!

Not Worth Your Time

What would have made Time Management & Productivity better?

This audiobook is an "asset flip" of an audio book if I ever saw one. It may contain valuable lessons on prioritizing and time management skills, but that's because it took them from people who actually took the time and effort to write those valuable lessons. The only way this book could redeem itself is if it gave my money to Stephen Covey, Brian Tracy, and all the other authors it took from. A refund would also be appreciated.

I've read several of the books that this book took from, and how little effort went into this book shows. It takes examples straight from the source material with little change. The entire "work" is nothing but a collection of summaries with few key examples from other self-improvement books.Just as this audiobook's contents were carefully crafted to make off with your money with as little effort as possible, the quality of the audio reading is manufactured to profit from minimum effort. Not once did I feel like Knight Writer was reading TO me but AT me. His delivery never changes. It's the same punchy, sleazy salesman tone throughout the whole thing, with irregular stresses on consonants and stretching of syllables. Every time I opened the audiobook, it was like a slap on the cerebellum.

What could Knight Writer have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

I ground my teeth in frustration whenever I was listening to this. I was angry that someone had the gall to flip a bunch of self-help books to get an easy book. I was angry that I had to listen to Knight Writer's smug, distant voice and impersonal delivery. There is nothing Knight Writer could have done to save this book.

Would you be willing to try another one of Knight Writer’s performances?

No. I'd blacklist him if that was an option.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Anger. And not just a flash-in-the-pan kind of anger that comes and goes. That low-boil anger that stays with you.

Any additional comments?

Don't buy this audiobook. And if this is any indicator of Knight Writer's other works, avoid him and his work entirely.
