more business please

I enjoyed the book, which covers the flashy issues of eBay. However it lacks in any detail information on how the business was started or run: how they partnered with paypal, dealing with internation laws, loans, initial business plan and structure, transition to going public, etc. I suppose that information is a little more boring and hard to find...
