Fascinating

The case for using a systems psychology framework to evaluate and strengthen organizations is well made. The cross-disciplinary principles that create the foundation of this are equal parts fascinating and compelling.

Great book on innovation and organization

Giles does a great job at making you think, challenging the reader's intellect while still being personable and understandable. She articulates the complexity of innovation, yet clears a path forward amid that complexity. I’ve already applied several principles from Dr. Giles book. It has helped my team focus and specialize on individual tasks while pushing our projects to completion with increased momentum. Thank you, Dr. Sunnie Giles!

It’ll set you apart as a leader.

Although it took me a while to figure out what a “Quantum Leader” actually is, the examples and studies shared in the book gave me a better idea on what steps to take. It hasn’t only helped me in business, but in my marriage as well! I will definitely go through it again!

A Must Read For Any Leader Driving Innovation

Dr. Giles has taken a very complex and important value creation topic for both start-ups and corporations, Innovation, and offers the key fundamental competencies required for success.

The book provides the reader a simple framework, backed by clinical research, that an organization needs its leaders to Trust, Create A Sense of Belonging, and a Culture of Learning to truly set the foundation for Innovation.

I reflect on my own experiences at 3M, Accenture and Shell and now appreciate the strong culture that drives those highly successful organizations to innovate. I also have experienced within start-ups and companies, leaders who lacked the basic competency of trust, which hindered their ability to innovate and get to the next level.

The Audible book was a great why to learn the details of Dr. Giles research and insights.
