Great read!

I highly recommend this book. It has become a regular read for me. There are a few books that I choose to read once every 6-12 months because the lessons learned cannot be retained but are so valuable that they merit re-reading. For this book I recommend the three “R’s” of learning. Repetition, repetition, repetition. Do not be deceived by the length of the book. I have found Rob takes all the fluff out and provides 100% value content and he gets straight to the point.

I work in a corporate environment that at times can be very difficult. His valuable lessons have provided me with the tools needed when I have wanted to let that little voice in my head convince me I was done. I am thankful for this little book and after my 4th time through, I know there is still a lot more I can glean from these pages and I look forward to many more readings. Thank you Rob Roy.

Rang true. A must read for leaders and supervisors!

I was in the Navy during Vietnam and understand how important it is go the extra mile for your shipmates and your ship. You can find that inner strength. This book does a great job of explaining that.

waste of time and money

This is a book of strategy that never happens. the author even states that "good things happen to good people."

I won't go into my personal experience, but let's just say that I disagree. And that's why I read books about strategy- which this isn't.

It's just more fluff put out by yet another former navy seal who is using that title to sell books. there is nothing worthwhile in this book that hasn't been said before or better by the likes of everyone from Dale Carnegie to Zig Ziglar.

Skip it. read Robert Green, instead.
