I love how specific the tips are in this book, and the way they are told in real stories. I found it very helpful and wish I was able to read it when I first got in the business. You won't regret taking the time to read it!

Great Book for Realtors in Any Market

I have been a Realtor in a small market for over 15 years and have never learned as much from a real estate boom as I did by listening to this one. The author uses a compelling storytelling style to teach some very unique principles and strategies. The way he thinks about how to create winning situations for his buyers and sellers is truly one of a kind. I have already began implementing lessons I learned and have already seen results.

If you are a real estate agent or thinking about becoming one get this book now!

Practical, Real Examples of Repeatable Success

I've listened to and read a number of real estate related books while beginning my career, and this is by far the most helpful. The accounts of the exact actions Daniel Lesniak took to grow a successful business are inspiring, but more importantly they illustrate actual strategies for achieving similar success.
Unlike anything else I've come across -- and very much what I have hoped for.
The narration is excellent, too.

Great book

One of the best real estate books I've ever read. And that's not saying it lightly because I've read over a dozen. The narrator reread a lot of areas over again, as if he forgot where he was when taking a break. No big deal. Other than that. Can't rave about the book enough.

SO VERY helpful!

Other than The Distinctly Canadian voice that kept distracting me, this book was AWESOME. It really lets you into the mind of a "dealmaker". It's a "how to" book about Real Estate! It's not the same old "call Expireds and FSBOs and here's my scripts. He tells how he WENT AND GOT BUSINESS. How he leveraged a buyer into finding sellers. How he helped Sellers and by saving them time and aggravation made them fans who sent referrals! How even after his buyer agreed on negotiated price, he got sellers agent to come down More and create a raving fan by going back to buyer and telling them "I negotiated another $5000 off on your behalf!". How by knowing what Sellers want he got his lower offer accepted. I could go on and on. VERY good read. I'm going to read it again just so I "get" more. It's THAT good.

Great Book !!!

I'm brand new to real estate, and this book was great. I love how he goes through real life scenarios and give you gives you the different options not only just the ABC of Real Estate.

Highly Recommended

I've been in real estate for 10 years and this is the best book I read since. I wish I would've heard of this sooner, but its a must fit all agents regardless of how long and how successful you are.

Love this book

I'm new to the world of real estate and have only just started to search for books to help me develop my career. I enjoyed the way this one was presented, giving real life examples instead of just how-to formulas. I will definitely listen to this one again.
