Both practical and insightful. Great CMO manual

Must read for every marketing leader. Great combination of understanding the fundamentals of marketing that still fuel long term marketing success, and the new ingredients from digital and content driven marketing approaches. The authors clearly ground this book in real life application of the approach, proving the theories they describe. The real customer success stories are very applicable across industries.
