Publisher's Summary

Change is an interesting phenomenon. It is something that most people actively seek to avoid, yet it is something that everyone will eventually have to face and accept.

For a lot of people change does not come easily. It takes a lot of courage and self confidence to truly be able to accept change, and to do so in a graceful and fearless manner.

There are many areas in which people will have to face change. It can come from being overly sensitive and needing to get into the habit of checking emotions before they get out of control, or it may be from working to better improve any imperfection one might have. It may require the courage to leave a dangerous situation, or it may be the simple act of learning to speak up. Whatever the area is, it is possible to change.

It may not be easy, it may not be fun, but it is possible.

Don't waste your money

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

I didn't find this book to be helpful at all, nor would I recommend it to others. I didn't have exercises, or steps to be taken...not enough information.

Any additional comments?

Sorry I bought it.

Very happy, courage trumps insecurity

Great book, straightforward, lovely narrator. Not a "pull your socks up" approach to growing fearless, a lovelingly kind approach to doing what you really want to
