Excellent!

I feel so much better prepared to negotiate real estate deals now. Many different (all relevant) scenarios are covered.

Loved the book another home run from Mark, and tea

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I think we need the pdf or something that is referred to in the audio book.. talks about contracts and charts but ?? can'f find them.. I will check web sites Mark F is pretty good about sharing..
